Welcome! I’m Brittany Marwick

Virtual Counsellor | Vocational Rehabilitation Professional
I am the founder of Bridgepoint Counselling and Coaching and bring over a decade of experience in counselling and vocational services. My work focuses on supporting individuals and businesses as they navigate complex workplace and life challenges.
Before launching Bridgepoint, I served as the General Manager of WorkBC in the Cowichan Valley, where I led high-performing teams and specialized in employment programming and disability-related services.
I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC), a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), and a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP).
I’m passionate about helping people find balance and purpose in both their personal and professional lives. Drawing from both clinical and vocational counselling, I support individuals facing disability, burnout, mental health challenges, or life transitions, while also helping employers build inclusive, supportive workplaces.

I’m a proud mother of two and part of a very active, sporty family. I love playing softball, exploring the outdoors, and going on overnight hikes through the beautiful forests and landscapes of Vancouver Island.
As a natural high-achiever, I spent many years chasing goals and taking on more than most until I experienced firsthand the impact of burnout. That turning point inspired me to pause, reflect, and realign my life with my values and circumstances. Through that process, I discovered the importance of slowing down, listening to my body, and finding true balance.
Today, I embrace the ebb and flow of life, appreciating its ups and downs while focusing less on perfection and achievement, and more on presence, connection, and joy in everyday moments.
Why Choose Bridgepoint?
What sets Bridgepoint apart is a dual focus on both counselling and vocational rehabilitation. As a certified Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling (MPCC) and Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), I bring a unique blend of experience that supports both your personal well-being and your career path.
I understand how deeply work and life intersect and when one feels off balance, the other often does too. My approach looks at the whole picture: your mental health, your goals, your values, and the practical steps needed to move forward.
With over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate career changes, health challenges, and personal growth, I aim to create a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to build a meaningful life both at work and beyond.
At Bridgepoint, the focus is on helping you cross from where you are to where you want to be.
